Creating Leaders Program

• Pioneer believes that every child is a born hero . In order to awaken the leader within each child and to develop team work and sportsmanship, various leadership posts are offered to the children.
• Head Boy and Head Girl are chosen from Std 5 after a series of rounds and attitude tests that groom them intensely.
• School pupils leader, Asst.School Pupils Leader and the Team captains of the four teams are chosen by students through a democratic election so that children get to know the importance of decision making and realise that their voice matters.

• Various clubs are organised that makes the school atmosphere vibrant.
