The school's academic year commences from June to April. The year is divided into three terms: June to September, October to December and January to April. The school has two mid-term vacations - one in September and the other in December.

  • PreKG - 8:45 a.m - 12:00 p.m
  • LKG & UKG - 8:45 a.m - 1:45 p.m
  • For classes I - IX
  • 8:45 a.m - 3:00 pm
  • For classes X and XI
  • 8:30 a.m - 5:00 pm

Fees payment shall be made before the 15 th of Jume, September and Decembe.r . Parents can contact office for payment any time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Late payment of fees is not encouraged and incurs fine.

Requisition for transfer certificate shall be given in writing by the parents within 28 February in person. Transfer certificates shall be produced in the month of May.

  • Students should be encouraged to maintain punctuality by parents.
  • Default in uniform will be severely dealt with and the parents must render explanation in the diary in the prescribed column.
  • Teachers are not to be disturbed during school hours. With due permission from the Head of the Institution, the parents can meet the teachers only after 3.15 p.m.
  • Leave application should be duly signed by the parents in the column of Record of Leave in the school diary. In case of prolonged sickness, a doctor's certificate should be attached along with the leave application, failing which the parents should meet the Head of the Institution.
  • Parents must attend all the Parent-Teacher meetings and air their views about their ward's studies, failing which the ward will not be allowed in the classroom.
  • Parents must encourage their ward's participation in Educational tours arranged by the school. Financial support should be rendered when their wards participate in the cultural and extra curricular or Co-Curricular activities in the school.
  • No Jewels or mobile phones or any other books other than school books should not be possesed by the student in the school premises. If they do posses, any they will be withheld from school.
  • Misconduct, misbehaviour or any indisciplinary activities in the school involving any other school mate or faculties will be considered seriously and can lead to termination from the school after enquiry.
  • During the celebrations of various National festivals, students are required to give the full participation's. Abstaining from such festivals incurs fine.
